Meeting Points. It's hard to believe I wrote a brief post about this over ten years ago - Have a Designated Meeting Place For Your Family. At this point, I hope you do have a plan to reunite. First, decide on how many meeting points you will have. Today, I'd like to expand on this a bit more.

You should only ever follow advice if the auditor can explain how it helps meet a specific compliance requirement. The point is the auditor needs something concrete that they can point to, rather than citing a vague violation or general ‘feeling’ of non-compliance. They report findings but don’t provide evidence.

This team should have a set time to meet or check in every morning. Having a scheduled daily meeting allows for quick decision making, rather than having to rearrange diaries to be able to get the team together. This could be face-to-face or carried out on a conference call.
